Shaka Jones is a natural-born administrator who has tremendous organizational skills and an excellent eye for detail.  She has graduated from the Barbados Community College with an Associate Degree in Law and Accounting and has over fifteen years of working experience in the Financial Services Industry.  She has a background in accounting and has worked in this capacity for more than a decade, then later moved into an administrator role managing a portfolio of regional clients in the area of benefits.

For the last five years, she has played the role of Board Secretary of an international organization – the Caribbean Israel Group of Companies, which partners with Israeli expertise, technology, and investment to bring sustainable development to the Caribbean.

She is the executive assistant to H. E. Ambassador Dr. Andre Thomas, the Founder and President of the Caribbean Israel Group of Companies, the Greatness Television Channel, Greatness Publishing, the Ambassador at large and Special Envoy to Barbados for the Kingdom of Colonia St. John, the Ambassador for the Kingdom of St. Penn, and a Un Peace Ambassador.

She is the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Manager of Healthier Nation Initiative (HNI), a company that incentivizes healthier physical, emotional, and mental living by offering discounts on healthier food options, wellness, and medical services through a discount card.

She is the co-owner and Managing Director of S. S. Jones, an agricultural company that includes animal husbandry and vegetable farming.

She is married to her wonderful husband, Sheldon Jones, the Founder and CEO of Chisel Fitness Company and HNI, and they have three beautiful children together.
